摘要
当前高校实训教师职业发展规划不完善,许多教师并不愿意参与到实训教学中,这是高校实训教学开展面临的重要问题。本文从高校实训教师的职业发展出发,通过文献资料内容分析教师职业发展中的注意事项,对其优化和完善措施进行了研究。
The current practice of colleges and universities teachers＇ career development plan is not perfect,many teachers are not willing to participate in the practice teaching, it is an important problem facing the practical teaching in colleges. This article embarks from the practice of colleges and universities teachers＇ professional development,through the matters of attention in the literature content analysis of teachers＇ professional development,study of the optimization and perfect measures,now the results are as follows.
