摘要
以90后员工为视角,基于组织公平感与员工工作卷入的文献综述,并结合组织公平感与员工工作卷入经典量表进行实证研究。相关分析与回归分析结果表明:组织公平感及其四维度均影响员工工作卷入,且均为正向影响。其中影响最大的是信息公平,影响最小的是程序公平。信息公平是提高90后员工工作卷入的重要手段。
Based on a review of the literature on the relationship between organizational justice and employees' job involvement, an empirical study was conducted focusing on the employees born in 1990s in which the classic scales of the relationship between organizational justice and employees' job involvement were used. The findings of correlation analysis and regression analysis show that organizational justice and its four dimensions are positively related to employees' job involvement, in which the most relevant is "information justice", the lowest "procedural justice". Information justice is an important means to improve the job involvement of employees born in 1990s.
