全断面富水砂层“衡盾泥”辅助带压进仓施工技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 以广州八号线8标亭岗站~石井站全断面富水砂层"衡盾泥"辅助带压进仓施工为背景,针对盾构机在上软下硬地层刀具磨损严重需借助"衡盾泥"进行辅助带压进仓的施工技术进行研究,并对技术全程进行总结。实践表明:依靠"衡盾泥"辅助带压进仓,可有效解决上软下硬地层带压进仓难题,并确保了盾构机刀具更换全程安全、可靠,为盾构机顺利完成亭岗站~石井站盾构施工提供了有力支持,也为今后相似地层盾构施工提供了宝贵的经验。 Based on the auxiliary construction of intervention in shield chamber with "paste HDN" in full section water-rich sand strata, which is in the Lot 8 of Tinggang Station to Shijing Station in Guangzhou Subway Line 8, this paper studied the auxiliary construction technology of intervention in shield chamber with "paste HDN" in upper soft and lower hard strata due to serious tool wear, and summarized the whole process. Practice showed that the problems of boarding under pressure in upper soft and lower hard strata could be effectively solved with "paste HDN", and the safety and reliability of replacing shield cutter were ensured. It could not only provide a powerful support for the successful construction of shield machine, but also offer a valuable experience for shield construction in similar stratum in the future.
