摘要
为解决汽车产品下线时检测结果参数与图纸设计要求不一致的问题,论述了补偿值法在汽车生产检测线的实际应用。通过理论分析和实际生产验证的方法,在相关车型的前大灯灯光调整设备及四轮定位设备的检测参数上设置了补偿值。大量的生产实践表明,该方法可以保证下线产品的检测结果参数符合图纸设计要求。该方法对其他车型的开发具有很强的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the practical application of offset method on automotive inspection line in order to solve the problem that the inspection results don't accord with the design specifications. Through theoretical analysis and actual production validation, an offset value is set in production inspection parameters which obtained from headlamp light dimmer and four-wheel alignment equipments. The production practice shows that the adjustment and inspection result of new product can satisfy the blueprint design requirements. The method proposed in the paper has great significance for the other car model development.
