摘要
欧系泥水双仓式盾构机在基岩凸起、海底塌方的上软下硬地层中实施衡盾泥泥膜护壁辅助带压开仓工艺,克服了海水环境下改性黏土类材料性能不稳定问题;通过室内试验,研究衡盾泥成膜及闭气机理,量化压力分级及稳压时间等指标,确保衡盾泥辅助带压开仓闭气效果;现场施工解决了衡盾泥在泥水双仓盾构机中浆气置换困难问题。该工艺对类似工程的施工具有重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。
European mud-water double-barn shields implement a paste HDN working face supporting method with filter cake during hyperbaric intervention in bedrock bulges and submarine collapses of the upper soft and hard lower strata,which overcomes the performance instability of modified clay materials in a seawater environment.Through indoor tests,this study investigates the formation and sealing mechanism of paste HDN and quantifies the pressure grading,steady voltage time,and other indicators to ensure the satisfactory performance of the paste HDN in a closed air and address the difficulty of slurry gas replacement in mud-water double-barn shields.This method can provide guidance and has significant reference value in the construction of similar projects.
