盾构施工中防喷涌泥浆的制备与性能研究

摘要 在地下轨道工程盾构施工时,为了避免施工人员与渗水、透水的开挖面直接接触,在探知富水洞穴存在后,通过高压注浆的方式向洞穴内注浆驱赶地下水,并使泥浆在短时间内稠化并固结,避免透水事故的发生。文中在上述泥浆的基础上进行改良,文中沿用“双液浆”的配制思路,采用膨润土、石粉作为主要原材料,掺入不同的助剂,以粘度、密度、泌水率为主要指标,得出了泥浆的最佳配比。研究结果显示,A液中膨润土与石粉的比例为8:2,泥水比为1:0.8~1:1.0;B液中无水乙醇与HPMC的适宜质量比为16:3;B液与A液的质量比为0.03~0.05最为适宜。 In the construction of shield tunnels of underground rail projects, direct contact between the construction personnel and the excavation surface that permeates the water should be avoided. After exploring the existence of water-rich caves, the groundwater is driven away by high-pressure grouting, and the mud is thickened and consolidated in a short period of time to avoid the occurrence of permeability accidents. Bentonite and stone powder were employed as the main raw materials, mixing with different additives, and the best ratio of mud with viscosity, density,and water leakage rate as the main indicators was obtained. The results showe that the ratio of bentonite to stone powder in the A liquid was 8:2, and the ratio of slurry-water was 1:0.8~1:1.0;the suitable weight ratio of absolute ethanol and HPMC in the B liquid was 16:3;the weight ratio of B liquid and A liquid was 0.03~0.05.
