摘要
对新疆某地钠蒙脱石进行了季铵盐有机改性处理,利用有机蒙脱石与有机物的良好相容性,将吡咯单体插入到有机蒙脱石的层间域中,并对吡咯单体—有机蒙脱石插层复合物的浆体进行了XRD分析。结果表明:在60℃烘干过程中吡咯单体在其层间域中的含量和存在状态没有明显改变,干燥只是使没有进入有机蒙脱石层间域的吡咯单体大部分挥发;进入到有机蒙脱石层间域中的吡咯单体则不随环境温度的提高而释出,表明吡咯单体已与有机蒙脱石形成了低温条件下稳定的吡咯单体—有机蒙脱石插层复合物。
The sodium-montmorillonite from Xinjiang was modified by quaternary ammonium salt. Takingadvantage of a better compatibility between organic-intercalation montmorillonite composites and organic compounds, the organic-intercalation montmorillonite composites were dispersed into the pyrrole mono-mer. The results of XRD analysis of pyrrole monomer-montmorillonite slurry showed that the content and state of pyrrole monomer in interlayer are changed indistinctively after drying at 60℃. The pyrrole mono-mer not inserted in interlayer of montmorillonite releases freely, while the one inserted in is unconcerned with the variety of environmental temperature. This showed that the pyrrole monomer-montmorillonite com-pounds have been synthesized by pyrrole monomer and montmorillonite at the low temperature.
