摘要
围护结构热工性能的改善对降低建筑能耗有显著的作用。运用PKPM软件对河南省某居住建筑进行能耗模拟,通过建筑优化前后的能耗对比,分析了围护结构不同部位对建筑热工性能的影响程度,运用围护结构节能措施后,节能率达到69.6%。根据净现值、动态投资回收期、内部收益率等指标的分析,评价了围护结构节能技术的可行性和经济效益,并采用敏感性分析方法评价了围护结构不同部位节能投资变化对动态投资回收期及内部收益率的影响以及方案抗风险性能。
The improvement of building envelope thermal performance has significant effect on reducing building energy consumption. The energy consumption of a residential building in Henan province was simulated using PKPM software. The influence of different parts of building envelope on thermal performance was analyzed by comparing before and after optimizing the building energy consumption. Energy-saving rate reached 69. 6%after taking energy-saving measures to building envelope. The feasibility and economic benefit of energy saving technology for building envelope was evaluated according to the analysis of net present value( NPV),dynamic payback period and internal rate of return( IRR). Sensitivity analysis method was used to estimate the influence of energy saving investment changes at different positions of the envelope on dynamic investment payoff period and internal rate of return. Program anti-risk capability was also analyzed.
