摘要
由现时中国建筑短命问题出发,讨论了建筑短命的原因及后果;并试图将LCC分析技术应用于建筑全过程成本分析中。然后,讨论了LCC的理论基础及在建筑总成本分析中的应用方法和应用程序;并结合权重分析以使分析结果更具科学性。最后,指出了现时中国建筑行业应用LCC的难点所在。
The article beginning from the short useful life of buildings in China,discusses the reasons and results of the problem, and try to apply LCC in the analysis of total building cost.Then the theoretical basis ,the method and procedure of LCC is produced.The impact on total cost of any noneconomics factors will be factored in by the decision maker using a weighted evaluation procedure.The handicap of applying LCC in the fields of buildings in China is the lack of data which is useful for future projects.
