摘要
选取了“四点金”范式的传统夯土建筑为研究对象,进行了室内热环境实测和模拟,全年室内不舒适时长为615~870h。综合考虑改造成本、可行性、舒适性、历史风貌保护、气候等因素,制定了建筑节能改造措施,敏感性分析结果显示被动式技术节能量排序为:墙体保温、屋顶反射、地毯、遮阳、自然通风。改造后最大节能量为2553.44k Wh/a,最小动态投资回收期为5.55年。
In this paper,the indoor thermal environment of traditional“four-point gold”rammed earth building was measured and simulated.The annual indoor uncomfortable period was 615~870h.Building energy-saving retrofit strategies were formulated by taking into account factors such as the cost of retrofit,feasibility,comfort,protection of historical features,climate,etc.The sensitivity analysis results of passive energy-saving strategies are ranked as:wall insulation,roof reflection,carpeting,sun shading,natural ventilation.The maximum building energy saving is 2553.44kWh/a and the minimum dynamic payback period is 5.55 years after the retrofit.
