摘要
威权领导是家长式领导"三元模型"中极具特色的重要成分之一。在多年的管理研究中,威权领导的研究文献得到了一定发展,理论议题也日益成为管理学者所关注的焦点。本文从多个角度对威权领导的内涵、测量、影响因素、影响效能等进行梳理与分析,总结和回顾了威权领导的研究现状,最后指出了威权领导的研究不足和未来研究的方向和重点。
Authoritarian leadership is one of the most important components of the ＂ ternary model＂ of paternalistic leadership. In many years of management research, authoritative research literature has been developed, and theoretical issues have increasingly become the focus of management scholars. From various perspectives to sort and analyze the connotation of authoritarian leadership, measurement, influencing factors andinfluencing effect , this paper summarizes and reviews the status of authoritarian leadership, put forward inadequate current researchas well as direction and focus offuture research.
