摘要
选取国家队女子赛艇轻量级运动员7名为对象,在海拔2 100 m高原大运动量训练6周,监测训练期间运动员心肌酶谱等生理生化指标的变化.结果表明:女子赛艇轻量级运动员在高原训练期间的Hb、RBC和Hct值与到达高原次日相比,显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);高原训练后期Hb、RBC和Hct值与高原训练1周时相比,明显下降(P<0.05);高原训练期间的BU和CK值与到达高原次日相比,显著升高(P<0.05);高原训练后期的CK值与高原训练1周时相比,明显下降(P<0.05).高原训练6周时的血清C值与上高原训练次日相比,明显升高(P<0.05);在高原训练期间的CK-MD、LDH、ɑ-HBDH和AST值与到达高原次日相比,显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);高原训练2至6周时的AST值与高原训练1周时相比,明显下降(P<0.01).结论:女子赛艇运动员上高原后Hb、RBC、Hct值明显上升,表明曾有高原训练经历的运动员仍然对环境有习服性反应;心肌酶谱测定结果显示女子赛艇运动员高原大运动量训练对心肌有较强的刺激,但未达到过度刺激的警界标准,说明这种方式训练有效且无过度训练迹象.
Selecting seven Chinese female rowing athletes as the subjects took part in altitude training at an elevation of 2100 meters for six weeks.Hb,RBC,Hct,BU,CK,CK-MD,LDH,ɑ-HBDH,AST,T and C were tested.Results showed that in comparison with the second day of altitude training,the number of Hb,RBC and Hct experienced a large increase in female rowing athletes during training(P〈0.05or P0.01).And the number of Hb,RBC and Hct dropped obviously from the 1st week to the last period of training(P〈0.05).Moreover,the figures of BU,CK,CK-MD,LDH,ɑ-HBDH and AST experienced a sharp rise,comparing the training period and the 2nd day of arriving at attitude(P〈0.05 or P0.01).However,the number of CK in the last period was lower than that in the 1st week training(P〈0.05).In addition,the period from the 2nd week to the 6th week witnessed a sharp decrease of the number of AST compared to the number of that at 1st altitude training week(P0.01).The number of C increased obviously from the second day to the 6th week(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The altitude training is effectual without any phenomenon about excessive training.During the period of altitude training on excellent female rowers,the number of Hb,RBC,Hct experienced a sharp rise,which means that these experienced athletes were still able to fit the environment of altitude.In addition,although the test of Myocardial enzymes showed that the altitude training would cause stimulation to heart muscle,the stimulation would not achieve the warning line.
