摘要
本文在阐述连作障碍的概念、危害及其与化感效应关系的基础上,结合最新研究进展,从根际土壤环境、植株生长代谢和基因调控三个层面对人参连作障碍的成因和自毒作用机制进行分析,并进一步指出了对人参化感自毒作用分子机制深入研究的途径。
This article illustrated the concept,the harm of continuous cropping obstacle and its relationship with allelopathy of Panax ginseng.Then,combined with advances on plant allelopathy,the development of ginseng continuous cropping obstacle and the mechanism of autotoxicity were discussed from rhizosphere soil environment,plant growth and metabolism,gene expression and regulation etc.Furthermore,further research approach on molecular mechanism of ginseng allelopathic autotoxicity was elucidated.
