不同栽培基质配比对温室盆栽人参生长的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究以白浆土人参床土为母土,增施不同体积黄土和自制有机肥,探索不同土壤配比的理化性质及其对盆栽人参生长的影响.该文选择对三年生人参进行盆栽试验,设置了黄土5%、10%、15%,自制有机肥20%、25%、30%,各三个水平,以二因素随机区组设置试验.结果表明:(1)不同处理在盆栽人参株高、叶面积、干重、皂苷等理化指标中均存在显著影响,试验设计的9种处理中,处理A2B2(自制有机肥25%:黄土10%=5:2)更有利于盆栽人参的生长,能达到观赏及药食的最大价值;(2)不同处理对盆栽人参鲜重产量的影响也有所不同,处理A3B1(自制有机肥20%:黄土15%=4:3)有利于盆栽人参地下生物量的增长,人参鲜重产量较佳. In this paper,based on the study of albic soil ginseng bed soil,different volumes of loess and selfmade organic fertilizer were applied to explore the physical and chemical properties of different treatments and their effects on the growth of ginseng.This article chooses to conduct pot experiment on three-year-old ginseng,setting loess 5%,10%,15%,homemade organic fertilizer 20%,25%,30%,three levels,and setting up the experiment with two-factor randomized block.The results showed that:(1)Different treatments had significant effects on the plant height,leaf area,dry weight,saponin and other physical and chemical indicators of potted ginseng.Among the nine treatments designed for the experiment,treatment A2B2(25%homemade organic fertilizer:10%loess)=5:2)It is more conducive to the growth of potted ginseng and can reach the maximum value of ornamental and medicinal food.(2)The effects of different treatments on the yield of potted ginseng are also different.Treatment A3B1(homemade organic fertilizer 20%:loess 15%=4:3)is beneficial to the growth of potted ginseng underground biomass,and the yield of fresh weight is better.
