摘要
文中对教师职称评聘教学质量评价进行实证研究。结果表明,申报高级职称的教师课堂教学质量平均水平较高,且呈两极分化,教师在素质教育、教学能力和教学效果方面表现较好。在此基础上,对高职职称评聘教师的课堂教学质量评价进行了一定的思考。
The paper studies the teaching quality evaluation for professional title appraisal in vocational college. As the empirical analyses show,the teaching quality for senior title applicants is higher but divergent. Meanwhile,most of applicants have good teaching skill and get good results in teaching. The paper further gives some suggestions on how to improve the teaching quality in higher vocational education.
