摘要
基于2010-2014年《中国教育统计年鉴》的数据资料,将中等职业学校与普通高中的教师队伍从整体发展状况、教师队伍素质和女性专任教师的发展情况加以对比分析。研究发现,中职学校除专任教师占教职工比重、专任教师的年龄结构和女性教师的职称结构优于普通高中外,在校均规模、生师比、专任教师学历达标率、高级职称专任教师比例以及女性专任教师的学历结构等方面皆与普通高中存在一定差距。因此,需要从编制、准入、职务、待遇等方面系统完善相关制度,为加强师资队伍提供制度保障。同时,需要加大培养培训力度,充实教师队伍数量,拓宽教师的来源渠道,促进教师专业发展,全面提升中职教师队伍的整体素质。
Based on the data of the 2010-2014 China Education Statistics Yearbook, this paper analyzes and compares the teaching body between secondary vocational schools and general senior high schools from the overall development situation, the quality of teachers and the development of female full-time teachers. The result of research shows that in addition to the proportion of full-time teachers accounted for staff, the age structure of full-time teachers and women teachers＇ title structure are better than those of ordinary senior high schools, compared to general senior high schools, there are certain gaps in many other respects of secondary vocational schools, such as average size of school, student-teacher ratio, senior full-time teacher ratio, as well as the academic structure of female full-time teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the system from the aspects of preparation, access, duty, treatment and so on, and meanwhile to increase training efforts, enrich the number of teachers, broaden the source channels of teachers, promote the professional development of teachers, so as to comprehensively enhance the overall quality of teachers in secondary vocational schools.
