摘要
积极有效地开展高校教师职称评聘工作是推动高等教育改革发展的紧迫需要,也是高校提高教育质量、实现自身发展目标的内在要求。新时期高校教师职称评聘工作的改革要秉持科学客观全面的原则,坚持师德为先,教学为要,建立健全教师教学能力的评价体系,科学评价教师的真正能力,提高高校职称评聘工作的科学性和公正性。
