摘要
对精密数控车削中心HMC50e机床用铸铁床身铸件的浇注系统进行了设计,并对HMC50e床身铸件的浇注系统进行了计算机模拟与水模拟实验研究,通过计算结果与实验结果的比对,得出了优化的浇注系统设计参数,减少了HMC50e床身铸件的夹渣、卷气、冲砂等缺陷,提高了HMC50e床身铸件的品质。
Gating system of HMC50e machine tool body casting was designed, and the gating system was analyzed by computer numerical simulation and hydraulic simulation experiment, the optical casting parameters were attained by comparison of the simulation results with the experimental result. The casting flaws, such as slag inclusion, air entrapment and washed sand, were reduced, and the quality of machine tool body castings was improved.
