数控座标镗床拖板铸造过程的数值模拟及缺陷预测

摘要 运用现代制造技术的仿真模拟技术,对数控座标镗床拖板铸件的铸造过程进行数值模拟,通过流动场、温度场的数值模拟及模拟结果的研究分析,验证了拖板铸件的铸造工艺;通过缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷分析预测,提出拖板铸件铸造工艺的改进和优化建议。 By using the simulation technology of modern manufacturing technology,the numerical simulation of the casting process of the CNC coordinate trampoline castings was carried out.Through the numerical simulation of flow field and temperature field and the analysis of the simulation results,the casting process of drag plate casting was verified.Through the analysis and prediction of shrinkage hole and shrinkage cavity and porosity,the improvement and optimization suggestions of the casting process of drag-slab casting are proposed.
