摘要
采用水力模拟试验方法,对某特大型铝合金铸件的铸造工艺进行模拟研究和分析,针对原工艺中的浇注系统设计不合理、系统的开放比过大以及系统的集渣消能段的连接段的设计缺陷等存在的问题,采取了改变原浇注系统开放比和采用响尾蛇集渣消能系统等改进措施,使改进后的浇注系统充型平稳顺利,流量均匀,确保了铸件一次浇注成功。
With the hydrodynamic simulation experimental method, the foundry process for the heavy size aluminum casting has been simulated and analyzed. Regarding to the unreasonable design of the pouring system of the original process, more opening ratio of the system as well as the design defect of the connecting section for the slag collecting energy eliminate of the system, the improving measures by adopting rattlesnake slag collecting energy eliminate system and changing the original opening ratio of the pouring system has been performed, so that the improved pouring system is in stable operation with even flow rate , and casting can be poured in one time.
