摘要
分析了水力模拟与金属型铸造的差异,依据相似原理,导出了水力模拟应遵循的相似条件及模型设计比例尺公式。据此设计了铝合金压掌铸件金属型铸造的水力模拟模型,水模实验找出了充填过程中产生渣孔和气孔缺陷的原因。对模拟充填的流动状态和主要工艺参数做了说明和计算。证明水力模拟研究熔融金属充填金属型的流动、消除充填造成的缺陷是可行的、经济的。
In this paper the difference between water simulation and permanent mold is analysed, and the formula of the size ratio of water simulation model is derived. On this fomula designed are the water simulation models for aluminium alloy casting permanent mold. In water simulation tests the causes of oxidation slag and pores are found. Aluminium alloy castings made with the new permanent mold are good in quality. The simulating state of liquid flow and the physical parameter of liquid are given in this paper, too. Results prove that the water simulation test is economical and reliable in the research on molten metal permanent mold casting.
