摘要
对HTC2050i机床用的铸铁床身进行了力学分析,确定了机床的加工精度主要是受床身铸件本身重力和残余应力的影响。通过对熔炼工艺,浇注系统和铸造工艺的优化,得到了性能和组织良好的床身铸件,并通过数值模拟证明了工艺的可行性。
The mechanical analysis of the HTC2050i machine tool bed shows that the machining accuracy of the machine was based on the gravity and residual stress of the machine bed casting. The melting process, filling system and casting process were optimized, and the better properties and microstructure were attained, all the results were testified by numerical simulation technologies.
