“翻转课堂”与传统教学结合的食品专业英语教学改革研究 被引量:5

摘要 食品专业英语是从事食品相关专业的人员了解和掌握国际上食品科技发展动态的有效手段。本科"食品专业英语"课程将食品专业知识与英语教学结合,使食品专业的学生专业知识水平和英语能力同时得到提高。本文通过教学研究与实践,借鉴翻转课堂这种全新的教学模式,从翻转课堂的特点入手,分析了食品专业英语教学的现状及翻转课堂指导本课程教学的优势,阐述了在教学中课程设计的方案,并在学生中进行问卷调查,详细分析了此次课程改革所取得的效果和存在的不足,为实施食品专业英语翻转课堂教学模式提供依据。 Food science professional Englishis an effective means for relevant specialized staffs to understand and master the development of food science and technology internatio-nally. The combination of English teaching and the expertise for undergraduates majoring in food science is capable of enhancing students' professional knowledge and can also improve their English ability. This paper,by referring to Flipped Classroom teaching mode,explores and practices teaching food science professional English,in an attempt to reform of the education. Starting with the characteristics of Flipped Classroom,this thesis analyzed the current situations in teaching of food professional English and the advantage of the new teaching method which was directed by the model of flipped classroom. In combination with the questionnaire survey results of the students,we analyze the strengths and limitations of the curriculum reform in order to provide the basis for the teaching mode of food science professional English in flipped classroom.
