摘要
柚皮苷是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,主要存在于柑橘类水果的果皮中,具有抗氧化、降血脂、抗炎症和抗癌等多种生物学功能。本文主要综述了柚皮苷的生物学功能及在调控畜禽脂肪代谢、改善肉品质和提高免疫力等方面的作用,为柚皮苷在畜禽生产中的广泛应用提供参考。
Naringin is a kind of natural occurring flavonoids, abundant in citrus fruits pulp and has lots of biological function, for example antioxidant, reducing blood fat, anti-inflammatory, anticancer. This article not only summarized the biological function of naringin, but also pointed out the effect ,which naringin regulates livestock and poultry fat metabolism, meat quality and immunity, that can guide naringin a wider range of application to livestock and poultry breeding.
