Research of World SBD 50^(th) Dummy Equivalent Protection Method in Side Impact Load Case

摘要 文章针对近年侧面碰撞中使用的World SID 50^(th)假人进行多方位分析研究,并与ES-2假人的伤害性能进行比较,通过有限元仿真规律分析和试验验证的综合手段,对子系统标定工况和整车碰撞工况进行了深入的分析比较。最后提出在车型开发前期阶段整车碰撞试验中可采用ES-2假人等效替代World SID 50^(th)假人的等效保护设计方法。为后续车型的开发和World SID 50^(th)假人应对侧面碰撞不同工况的设计提供了新的设计思路。 Aiming at the research of WorldSID 50^th dummy performance in side impact load case recently, compared with ES -2 dummy, the sub -system calibration load case and vehicle safety crash load case is analyzed and compared through the FE simulation and test validation method. And then, it gets the design method of WorldSID 50^th equivalent protection method instead of ES - 2 dummy in side impact load case. Reference is provided for WorldSID 50^th dummy response in side impact.
