摘要
基于新的侧面碰撞假人World SID与ES-2假人结构上的不同,为进一步研究两种假人在性能上的差异,采用静态冲击的方法对两种假人的肩部、胸部、腹部及盆骨的响应特性进行了对比分析。结果表明,World SID假人整体上的刚度比ES-2假人的刚度低。主要体现在当假人在y向承受相同的冲击时,World SID假人受力更低,加速度更低,肋骨位移更大。在承受45°斜角冲击时,World SID假人的胸部肋骨与ES-2假人胸部肋骨表现出明显不同的特性,该工况下World SID假人肋骨位移比ES-2假人的肋骨位移小。
Based on the structure differences between a new side impact dummy of WorldSID and ES-2, in order to further study the difference in performance between WorldSID and ES-2,the responses of the shoulder, thorax, abdomen and pelvis to static impact loading were compared for both dummies. The results show that the stiffness of the WorldSID dummy is lower than that of ES-2. Under the y-directional impact, the WorldSID exhibited lower force, lower acceleration and larger rib deflection. Under the 45° oblique impact, the rib deflection of the WorldSID dummy is lower than that of the ES-2 dummy.
