摘要
对比了2015和2018两个版本C-NCAP的试验方法、假人、壁障和车身变形等;在MADYMO中建立ES2假人和WorldS ID假人的胸腹部冲击模型,对比其相同冲击能量下的响应特性;同时建立某车型约束系统的模型,详细分析了WorldS ID假人各部位伤害情况及相关的影响因素,为约束系统匹配工作提供了参考。
This article compared C - NCAP 2018 and C - NCAP 2015 from test procedure, dummy, barrier and vehicle body intrusion; chest and abdomen impact model of ES2 dummy and WorldSID dummy is built through MADYMO, their response properties are compared based on the same impact energy; system model is also built, WorldSID dummy injury and its relevant factors are analyzed. Reference is provided for restraint system integration.
