摘要
近年来,沿江中等城市相继进入跨江发展新时期。通过跨江发展中等城市的特征、发展模式的理论探讨,对芜湖跨江发展的现状和阶段性特点进行了分析。作为中等跨江发展城市,芜湖跨江发展面临着经济转型期的新常态问题以及江北副城的人口结构及集聚、江两岸融合协调发展、以江依托的新型城市化开发战略等问题,为实现跨江发展的稳步推进,文章提出在宏观层面应进行适应经济新常态的产业结构布局、提高原住民的市民素质和人口聚集结构,完善主副城的基础设施协调,兼顾绿色、环保、生态文明的开发战略,努力发展现代农业示范区并促进现代服务供给水平。
In recent years, river-crossing development. the medium-sized cities along the Yangtze River have been entering a new period of Through discussing their characteristics and development mode, the paper analyzes the present situation and periodic characteristics of Wuhu＇ s river-crossing development. As a medium-sized city, Wuhu is facing some new normal questions in the economic transition period, such as the population structure, cross-strait coordinated development and a new type of urbanization development strategy. To achieve a steady progress in the fiver-crossing development, the article believes that it is necessary to adjust to the layout of indus- trial structure in the new normal economic, improve the quality of the indigenous residents and population struc- ture, coordinate the city infrastructure, balance development strategy of green, environmental protection and eco- logical civilization, and develop modem agriculture demonstration areas to promote modem service and supply level.
