摘要
随着城市发展的加速与城市空间的拓展,跨江发展成为世界各国大江大河流域城市发展的必然选择,这对被纳入的城市新空间既是重大历史机遇,又对其提出了新的挑战.为呼应南京市跨江发展战略,六合区提出建设"现代化新市区"的发展目标.为适应发展需要,作者建议重新界定六合新市区规划范围,并从区域合作、空间结构、城市建设、产业布局、基础设施、生态环境等方面提出相应的发展策略,为六合现代化新市区合理、快速发展提供科学依据.
Accelerating urban development and expanding urban space, the governments of cities lying on great rivers must take the stratagem of trans-river development, which is not only good opportunity for being united spaces but also brings it with new challenges. Responding to the trans-Yangzi River development stratagem, the government of Liuhe District establishes the orientation that is Modern District. To put forward scientific guidance for the development of Liuhe Modern District, there is the advice that the planning coverage of Liuhe Modern District should be demarcated again and some tactics on interborough cooperation, special structure, city construction, industry layout, basic establishment and entironment in this article.
