跨江发展下滨江新区用地扩展过程与驱动机制——以南昌红谷滩新区为例 被引量:3

摘要 跨江发展可突破江河阻隔桎梏,为滨江城市拓展发展空间、实现跨越式发展提供契机。该文以南昌红谷滩新区为例,基于多源遥感影像数据,综合运用GIS空间分析、景观扩张指数、地理探测器等方法,揭示跨江发展下滨江新区用地扩展过程及驱动机制。研究表明:1)自2000年“一江两岸”战略实施以来,研究区城镇用地扩展迅速,斑块面积由2001年的6.74 km2增长至2018年的64.71 km2,建设空间增长了8.6倍,整体呈“高速低强—低速低强—高速高强”扩展态势。2)研究区总体经历了起步(2001-2005年)、成长(2006-2010年)、成熟(2011-2018年)3个扩展阶段,依次与南昌市跨江发展历经的起步期、成长期、成熟期相契合。3)“自上而下”的开发模式和道路交通的牵引作用为研究区用地扩展主要特征,不同阶段用地扩展的主导因子有所不同:起步和成长阶段,政策规划与集聚性要素为主导;成熟阶段前期,政策规划和通达性要素为主导,但政策规划作用逐渐减弱;成熟阶段后期,通达性成为用地扩展单一主导要素,交通导向作用凸显。 Cross-river development can break through the shackles of rivers and provide opportunities for riverside cities to expand development space and realize leapfrog development.Taking Honggutan New District of Nanchang as an example,based on multi-source remote sensing image data,this paper comprehensively uses GIS spatial analysis,landscape expansion index,geographical detector and other methods to reveal the process and driving mechanism of construction land expansion in riverside new district under cross-river development.The results show that:1)Since the implementation of the"One River,Two Banks"strategy in 2000,the construction land in the study area has expanded rapidly,the patch area has increased from 6.74 km2 in 2001 to 64.71 km2 in 2018 by 8.6 times.Overall,the expansion trend is"high speed low intensity-low speed low intensity-high speed high intensity".2)The spatial growth of the study area has experienced three expansion stages:initial stage(2001-2005),growth stage(2006-2010),maturity stage(2011-2018),which correspond to the initial,growth and maturity stages of cross-river development of Nanchang City.3)The"top-down"development mode and the traction effect of road traffic are the main characteristics of urban land expansion in the study area.The dominant factors of urban land expansion are different in different stages.Policy planning and agglomeration are the dominant factors in the initial and growth stages.In the early stage of maturity,policy planning and accessibility factors are both dominant,and then the role of policy planning is gradually weakened.At the later stage of maturity,accessibility becomes the single dominant factor of urban land expansion,and the guiding role of transportation becomes increasingly prominent.
