高校思政课程教学模式改革创新有效性分析——以对分教学改革为例 被引量:4

摘要 对分教学模式是一种契合思政课程的全新教学模式。其教学流程和教学环节设计层层递进,结构严整;学生学习过程由内化外显的自我建构与社会建构共同组成;师生关系的主导性与主体性相统一以“权责对分”清晰厘定。从教学主体性要素来看,对分教学模式下学生问题意识得以增强,学习能力得以提升,主体性作用得以发挥。从教学主导性要素来看,教师深厚的理论功底和专业素养,创新的教学理念和较高的教学技能,高效的教学组织和教学管理能力,是对分教学模式有效性得以实现的重要保障。 The“PAD”teaching mode is something new in line with the ideological and political course.The design of teaching process and teaching links is progressive,and the structure is strict;students’learning process is composed of internal and external self and social construction;the dominance and subjectivity of teacher-student relationship are unified,and clearly defined by“power and responsibility”.From the perspective of teaching subjectivity elements,students’problem awareness is enhanced,their learning ability is improved,and their subjectivity is brought into play.From the perspective of the dominant elements of teaching,teachers’profound theoretical foundation and professional quality,innovative teaching ideas and higher teaching skills,efficient teaching organization and teaching management ability are the important guarantee for the realization of its effectiveness.
