摘要
天然食用色素是从动物或植物色素中直接提取的,培养基通常是无害的,如红曲色素、姜黄素、叶绿素、苋菜红、胡萝卜素、骆驼等,是其中的一部分。该研究以MS培养基为基础培养基,在制作过程中分别加入不同颜色的食用色素,与普通培养基进行比较,可以发现彩色培养基更具有观赏价值,通过定期观察可以发现不同颜色的彩色培养基发生了不同程度的变化,其中加入粉色食用色素的培养基的褪色情况最为显著,而绿色、紫色、蓝色的培养基有稍微褪色,红色和橘色的培养基几乎没有褪色变化,由此可知,最适宜作为彩色培养基原料的有红色和橘色。
Natural edible pigment is directly extracted from animal or plant pigment,the medium is usually harm-less,such as monascus pigment,curcumin,chlorophyll,amaranth,carotene and camel,etc.,is one part of it.Based onthe MS culture medium,in the process of production to join different edible pigment,comparing with ordinary cul-ture medium,more beautiful color medium can be found,through regular observation can be found that different col-or have different degree of change color medium,the medium pink pigments into them fade is the most significant,and the green,purple,blue medium has a slightly faded,the red and orange medium hardly faded,therefore,the mostsuitable as raw materials are the red and orange medium.
