摘要 研究了一株血红密孔菌(Pycnoporus sanguineus SYBC-L7)固态发酵产色素的提取条件及色素的理化性质。结果表明:该菌株在以木屑为基质固态发酵时色素产量最高;以甲醇为提取液,在35℃水浴下40 min后可从发酵后的培养物中最大化提取该色素;所得色素溶液呈黄色,在可见光区的最大吸收波长为430 nm,该色素的热稳定性和耐酸性较好,常用的氧化剂与还原剂对其影响不大。 The optimum conditions of extracting pigment from the solid state fermentation culture of Pycnoporus sanguineus SYBC-L7 were studied,and the physicochemical properties of this pigment were also analyzed.The results showed that the pigment could be optimum produced by solid-state fermentation with wood chips.Using methanol as the extraction solvent,the pigment could be maximally extracted from the solid culture at 35 ℃ after 40 min with water bath.The extraction solvent was yellow with a maximum absorption wavelength of 430 nm.The pigment has a good thermal resistance as well as acid resistance,and it cannot be affected by common oxidizing and reducing agents.
