摘要
通过分析平潭岛土地利用数量与开发程度,发现海岛各种土地利用类型数量变化总体平稳,开发程度也稳中有升;设立海岛综合实验区,进入海岛加速建设期后城镇村建设用地和交通运输用地动态变化上升;土地利用强度和垦殖率也不断提高.文章重点研究平潭岛未进入中国自贸区之前的土地利用类型变化,进入自贸区建设滞后的情况由于时间较短,数据并未实时准确获取,后续将会陆续见报.
By analyzing usage quantity and development degree of the land in Pingtan Island,it is found that both of them are steadily increasing ; the construction land in the urban and rural areas for residence and transportation are dynamically accelerating after the establishment of the comprehensive experimental area;the land intensity and cultivation rate is also rising. This article just focused on the data of land use types before the Pingtan Island entered into China Free Trade Area. The data after it does not collected ac- curately due to the short time,but it will be reported follow-up.
