回归人才培养本位的取向——民国时期三所著名大学校长教育理念研究

摘要 以民国时期的名校交通大学、复旦大学与北京大学为例,结合唐文治、李登辉与蔡元培等3位校长的教育理念与办学实践,提炼出这3位大学校长人才培养的教育理念与实践的5个共同取向:坚持以学生为本、明晰育人目标、注重人格培养、坚守学术理性和提倡教育自治。这些共同取向或许正是大学孕育和培养优秀人才的最初使命与根本任务,其历史价值与现实意义在于:回归人才培养本位,提高人才培养质量、抓住双一流建设方案的重大机遇,加快双一流建设步伐。 Taking three prestigious Jiao tong university, Fu dan, Peking University as an example in China in Minguo period, combines Tang wenzhi, Lee teng-hui, Cai yuan pei three principal education idea and education practice, refining the five common orientation of education idea and education practice of three principal talents' cultivation, that is to say, persisting student-oriented education, clearing educational target, paying attention to personality cultivation, keeping and holding academic rationality and promoting educational autonomy.These essences perhaps are the original mission and fundamental task that univer- sities gestate and cultivate talents.At present, its important historical value and practical significance is to returning to the nature of talents' cultivation, improving the quality of personnel training, seizing the important opportunity of double first-class construc- tion scheme and speeding up "double first-class" construction pace.
