得天独厚的冰雪旅游资源,已经成为哈尔滨重要的支柱性产业。但哈尔滨市冰雪旅游市场营销中存在的削价竞争、忽视售后服务、对外宣传力度不够等不合理、不科学的营销方式成为了阻碍哈尔滨冰雪旅游市场进一步扩大的因素。提出了建立行业协会、制定价格标准、完善冰雪旅游产品售后服务、制定科学的长期营销规划等对策建议,旨为哈尔滨市冰雪旅游市场更好更快的发展提供新路径。
The unique ice-snow tourism resources have become an important pillar industry in Harbin.But there are some unreasonable and unscientific marketing means such as price-cutting competition,ignored after-sales service and poor external propaganda,which has become a hindrance to the further expansion of the ice-snow tourism market in Harbin. It indicates some countermeasures to establish the trade associations and price standard,to perfect the after-sales service of ice-snow tourism products,to develop a scientific long-term marketing plan. The purpose is to provide a new path for better and faster developing the ice-snow tourism market in Harbin.
