摘要
如何把体育产业作为我国寒地黑土区的上游产业以及扩大其总体规模,利用寒地黑土区的特点提高体育产业对国民经济社会发展的贡献率,是促进我国寒地黑土区经济发展的重要课题。研究表明,冰雪资源、体育活动状况以及地域、居民收入以及体育消费状况为寒地黑土区体育产业发展的有利因素;体育产业人才及管理,体育场地器械缺乏,体育产业布局和结构不合理、发展不平衡是体育产业发展的制约因素。
For advancing the economic development in 《》cold and black soil area in China, it＇s an important research problem how to enlarge the industry＇s general scale and take advantage of the sports industry as a first -class regional industry and the area specialty to increase the contribution rate of sports industry in national economy and social development. The investigation shows that in developing the sports industry in this area, there are some advantages of ice - snow resource, sports activities, zone, residenter＇s income and sports consumption status and some restriction factors of unsound sports industry management system, scarce sports field and appliance, unreasonable sports industry layout and framework, lopsided development.
