摘要
当今的冰雪旅游者不仅希望能获得冰雪物质上的满足,更加渴望能与自然冰雪生态环境、人文环境等进行全方位的接触体验,从而满足身心上的愉悦,增长和开阔冰雪文化知识、见闻和视野等。没有导游人员精彩的富有专业知识性、艺术性的讲解,则不能更好地体会冰雪旅游景区的价值意义和对冰雪景区留下深刻的印象。以导游人员讲解为研究对象,分析导游人员讲解对提升冰雪旅游景区形象具有的意义和作用,并针对目前导游人员讲解存在的问题进行深入分析,提出了提高导游资格准入制度的标准、加强导游人员服务的监管制度、建立导游人员的合理性职业机制等有效解决对策,旨在通过提高导游人员讲解水平和能力提升冰雪旅游景区形象。
Today’s ice and snow tourists not only hope to obtain material satisfaction of ice and snow,but also desire to have a full range of contact experience with the natural ice and snow ecological environment and humanistic environment,so as to satisfy physical and mental pleasure,growth and open and rich ice and snow culture Knowledge,knowledge and vision.Without the wonderful professional knowledge and artistic explanation of the tour guide professionals,you can not better understand the value of the ice and snow tourist area and leave a deep impression on the ice and snow scenic area.Take the tour guides’explanation as the research object,analyze the significance and role of the tour guides’explanation to enhance the image of the ice and snow tourism scenic area,and conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the tour guides’professional explanations 1.Strengthen the supervision system for the services of tour guide professionals,establish effective professional mechanisms for tour guide professionals,and other effective solutions,aiming to improve the image of ice and snow tourist attractions by improving the level and ability of tour guide professionals.
