摘要
完整规范的证据记录体系是证据保管链制度的基本要求,是确保证据链条不存在断裂的可靠方法。加快完善我国的证据保管链记录体系,是强化对实物证据的收集运用的必然要求,也是摆脱当前刑事物证困境,解决实物证据鉴真与鉴定难题,实现对新兴电子数据有效规制的迫切需要。
The complete normative evidence recording system is the basic requirement of the evidence custody chain system and is a reliable way to ensure that the chain of evidence does not exist. To accelerate the improvement of China＇s evidence custody chain recording system is to strengthen the collection of physical evidence of the inevitable requirement, also to get rid of the current criminal evidence dilemma, to solve the authentication and identification problems of physical evidence, and to achieve the urgent need for effective regulation of emerging electronic data.
