摘要
针对白庄煤矿掘进工作面现有除尘设备无法对粉尘进行有效治理的实际,通过风流-粉尘运移规律模拟和长压短抽除尘技术,研发了以KJ76N型粉尘监测监控系统为平台的掘进工作面粉尘在线监测和自动控制除尘系统,有效控制了掘进工作面粉尘浓度,建立了无尘安全区。
Aiming at the actual situation of Baizhuang coal mine that the existing dust removal equipment can't be effective in dust control in heading, by using the dust movement simulation and long short pressure pumping dust removal technology, research the heading dust on-line monitoring and automatic control dust removing system that takes KJ76 N type dust monitoring and control system as the monitoring platform, which effectively controls the heading dust concentration, and sets up a clean safe area.
