摘要
针对传统掘进工作面除尘器自动化、信息化程度低的问题,设计了一套集自动除尘、远程监控于一体的除尘器智能控制系统。该系统通过压力、粉尘浓度、PT100等传感器实时采集除尘器工作状态,控制器对数据进行处理后控制除尘器的自动运行,具有风量自适应调节、自动清灰、故障诊断及预警、数据动态存储、数据上传、远程监控等功能,实现了掘进工作面的自动除尘及远程监控,消除了掘进工作面除尘器的信息“孤岛”现象。
Aiming at the low degree of automation and information of the dust collector in the traditional tunneling face, a set of dust collector intelligent control system integrating automatic dust removal and remote monitoring is designed. The system collects the working status of the dust collector in real time through sensors such as pressure, dust concentration, and PT100. The controller processes the data and controls the automatic operation of the dust collector. It has adaptive air volume adjustment, automatic dust removal, fault diagnosis and early warning, and data dynamic storage., data upload, remote monitoring and other functions, realize the automatic dust removal and remote monitoring of the excavation face,and eliminate the information "island" phenomenon of the dust collector in the excavation face.
