摘要
综掘工作面粉尘浓度大,严重威胁着井下工作人员的职业安全健康和煤矿的安全生产。研制出了一种高效的抑尘雾炮系统,该系统包括聚焦型控源抑尘雾炮、发散型隔断抑尘雾炮和水射流吸液装置。该装置在漳村煤矿480材料巷综掘面进行现场试验,对比分析了未采用任何防尘措施,采用外喷雾降尘措施和采用雾炮除尘系统3种工况条件下粉尘浓度。结果表明,综掘面的粉尘浓度大大降低,整个工作面全尘和呼尘的浓度降低了93. 9%和94. 4%,较原先喷雾降尘技术降尘效果提高30%以上,解决了综掘面粉尘浓度过高的难题。
In view of the large dust concentration in fully mechanized working face,it is a serious threat to the occupational health of underground workers and the safety production of coal mine.An efficient dust suppression fog system is developed,which includes a focus control source dust suppression gun,a divergent partition dust suppression gun and a water jet suction device.This system was used in the field test in the 480 material alley of Zhangcun Coal Mine.The dust concentration was compared and analyzed without any dust prevention measures,the opening of the external spray dust measures and the open fog gun dust removal system in three conditions.The results showed that the dust concentration in fully-mechanized mining face is greatly reduced.The total dust and dust concentration of the whole heading face decreased by 93.9% and 94.4% respectively.Compared with the original spray dust technology,the dust removal effect is increased by more than 30%,which solves the problem of high concentration of the dusts.
