摘要 为有效降低矿井掘进工作面的粉尘浓度,更好地保障掘进施工人员的安全作业与身体健康,针对当前掘进机喷雾除尘装置在使用过程中存在的问题,通过技术研究,对原喷雾装置进行优化,设计了一套自动旋转泡沫除尘装置。应用效果表明,该装置提高了工作面除尘效果,实用性强,可用于不同复杂地质条件下采掘工作面,具有显著应用成效,可达到有效降低矿井掘进工作面的粉尘浓度、更好地保障矿井安全生产的目的。 In order to effectively reduce the dust concentration in the working face of the mine,and better ensure the safe operation and physical health of the road construction workers,in view of the main problems existing in the process of using the dust removal device of the roadheader,through the technical research,the original spray device was optimized,and a set of automatic rotating foam dedusting device was designed.The application results show that the device improves the dust removal effect of the working face and has strong practicability.It can be used in the mining working face under different complex geological conditions,and has significant application results,can effectively reduce the dust concentration of the mining working face and better ensure the safety of production.
