摘要
以两条包含一个制造商和一个零售商的供应链为研究对象,假设制造商通过创新投入降低单位可变成本,并选择为零售商提供批发价契约或收益共享契约,分析了供应链间竞争强度、技术创新溢出效应、创新成本系数等对制造商契约选择策略的影响。结果表明,当供应链间竞争强度较少时,制造商选择收益共享契约更优,并且这趋势会随着技术创新溢出效应的增加而增加。反之,当供应链间竞争强度较大时,制造商选择批发价契约更优,并且这趋势会随着技术创新成本的增加而增加。
Taking two supply chains as research object, each containing one manufacturer and one retailer,assuming that manufacturers can decrease unit variable costs by innovation, and offer wholesale price contract or revenue sharing contract to retailers, we analyze the effects of competition intensity,innovation spillovers, and the innovation cost coefficient on contract choice strategies of competing supply chain. It can be found that if the intensity of competition between supply chains is low, the manufacturers prefer to the revenue sharing contract. And this trend will increase with the increase of the spillover effects. Conversely, when the intensity of competition between supply chains is higher, the manufacturers will choose wholesale price contract, and this trend will increase with the increase of cost of technology innovation.
