摘要
目的:探讨中药及复方抗乳腺增生的作用机制,为乳腺增生进一步研究提供理论依据。方法:以"乳腺增生"为关键词,在"知网"、"万方"、"维普"数据库检索,选择相关文献。结果:中药通过调节激素和受体水平、抗新生血管生成、抗氧化、改善血液黏稠度、调节免疫功能、诱导细胞凋亡、调控微量元素来达到治疗乳腺增生的作用。结论:乳腺增生实验研究中,抗乳腺增生作用机制研究缺少系统性,只注重单个方面的研究。因此,今后应当围绕Kisspeptin/GPR54系统以及下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴来研究抗乳腺增生作用机制。
Objective： To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and compound anti hyperplasia of mammary glands, and provide theoretical basis for further study of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods： Breast hyperplasia was used as key words in CNKI, WANFANG and VIP database, then the relevant literature were selected. Results： Traditional Chinese medicine and compound could achieve the treatment of breast hyperplasia by regulating hormones and receptor, antiangiogenesis, antioxidant, improving blood viscosity, regulating immune function, inducing cell apoptosis and regulating trace elements level. Conclusion： There is no systematic study on the mechanism of mammary gland hyperplasia in the experimental study, and it is focused on one aspect of the study. Therefore, in the future research, the study should be based on the Kisspeptin/GPR54 system and the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.
