摘要
目的研究乳宁一号胶囊抗乳腺增生和镇痛作用。方法采用肌内注射苯甲酸雌二醇造成大鼠乳腺增生模型,给模型大鼠灌胃乳宁一号胶囊低剂量(0.7 g生药.kg-1)、中剂量(1.3 g生药.kg-1)、高剂量(2.6 g生药.kg-1)4 wk后,观察大鼠乳腺组织病理变化和乳房直径变化,放射免疫法测定血清中雌二醇的水平;采用冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛出现扭体反应,观察乳宁一号胶囊低剂量(1.3 g生药.kg-1)、中剂量(2.6 g生药.kg-1)、高剂量(5.2生药.kg-1)3个剂量灌胃给药后的镇痛作用。结果乳宁一号胶囊不同剂量组与模型组比较,大鼠血清雌二醇的含量明显降低(P<0.01);乳宁一号胶囊3个剂量组能明显减轻由冰醋酸刺激所致的小鼠疼痛反应(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论乳宁一号胶囊有抗乳腺增生和镇痛作用。
AIM To investigate the effect of Runingyihao capsule in relieving hyperplasia of mammary gland and pain. METHODS The hyperplasia of mammary gland rat model was made by injecting estradiol benzoate. After intragastric administration of Runingyihao capsule at the dosages of 0.7 g·kg-1, 1.3 g·kg-1 and 2.6· kg-1 for 4 wk, were observed the change of mammary gland tissue pathology and breasts diameter of those animal, was measured the change of estradiol in serum by radioimmunoassay. Analgesic effects of Runingyihao capsule were evaluated at the dosages of 1.3 gg·kg-1, 2.6 gg·kg-1 and 5.2 gg·kg-1 by writhing response induced by acetic acid in mice. RESULTS Compared with model group the level of estradiol decreased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the writhing response induced by acetic acid was inhibited significantly （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） in different dose groups. The soreness of the breast, the lump size, and associated symptoms were all reduced significantly after treatment. CONCLUSION Runingyihao capsule is effective in relieving hyperplasia of mammary gland and pain.
