摘要
目的观察益脑活血胶囊对脑血流量及血栓的影响。方法观察麻醉犬脑椎动脉和颈内动脉血流量变化 ;采用体外血栓形成实验测量血栓湿重 ;结果益脑活血胶囊能明显增加犬颈内动脉血流量 ,减轻血栓湿重 ;结论益脑活血胶囊能增加犬脑血流量 ,并有明显抗血栓形成作用。
ive:Objective:To Observe the influence of Yinaohuoxue Capsules on the brain's boood flow and thrombus.Methods:Observing the brain,s blood flow of vertebral artery and internal jugular artery in narcose dogs;the experiment of vitro thronbus formation is used to measure the wet weight of thrombus in rats.Results:Yinaigyixye Caosykes cab uborive tge blood flow of internal jugular artery in dogs;abate the wet weight of thrombus in rats.Conclusion:Yinaohuoxue Capsules canmprove the brain's blood flow and antagonize the formation of thrombus
