摘要
为了进一步探讨脾虚及脾虚不同阶段时，胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）变化及与前列腺素关系，在“脾虚证分度定量诊断研究”的基础上，使用ＬＤＦⅢ型激光多普勒血流仪，观察不同程度脾虚胃脘痛患者胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）及胃粘膜前列腺素（ＰＧＥ２、６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α）变化。发现随着脾虚程度加重，ＧＭＢＦ及胃粘膜ＰＧＥ２、６ｋｅｔｏＰＧＦ１α均呈下降趋势，且二者正相关。
On the base of the study on “Graduated Quantitative Diagnosis of SpleenDificiency Syndrome(SDS)”,The change of Gastric Mucosal Blood Flow(GMBF)and Prostoglandin(PG)in the patients of SDS of chronic gastric desease was observed.GMBF was measured by Laser Doppler FlowmeterⅢ.The results show that GMBF and PG is significantly decrease with SDS becoming serious and there is relationship between GMBF and PG.
