摘要
慢性脑血管功能不全系由于脑循环障碍引起的头重、头晕等自觉症状波动性消长 ,是多种疾病引起的临床综合征。目前 ,其诊断标准不够完善 ,治疗主要包括内科和手术治疗两个方面。该综合征可能会成为针对脑血管病进行早期干预的对象之一。
Chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency refers to the clinical syndrome caused by a number of diseases,such as head heaviness, dizziness caused by cerebral circulation dysfunction, and it has a subjective fluctuation. Its diagnostic criteria have not yet been consummated. Chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency can be treated with medicine and surgery. It is possible that the syndrome will become one of targets in the early intervention of cerebrovascular diseases.
