摘要
目的:探讨“咳喘宁”贴膏皮肤用药的安全性。方法:通过对健康家兔皮肤急性毒性试验、健康豚鼠皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验,观察“咳喘宁”贴膏对动物经皮肤用药的急毒、刺激和过敏性。结果:“咳喘宁”贴膏对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤未引起急性毒性反应;对豚鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤有轻度刺激性,但给药后48 h,这种刺激性消失;对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:“咳喘宁”贴膏临床用药安全、无毒。
Objective ：To explore the reliability of Kechuanning Adhesive Plaster to skin. Methods：Through acute toxicity test to health rabbits, and irritable and hypersensitive test to health guinea pig, observed the acute toxicity,irritation and hypersensitivity of Kechuanning Adhesive Plaster to animal skin. Resuhs：Kechuanning Adhesive Plaster was not cause acute toxicity reaction to integrated and worn skin of rabbits, and had little irritation to guinea pig and hadn＇ t hypersensitivity to integrated skin of guinea pig. But feeding drugs latter 48 hours, the irritation disappeared. Conclusion：Kechuanning Adhesive Plaster has lower toxicity and well reliability in clinic.
